Lauren has been my primary care for over 3 years now and I keep going back because she’s one of the few providers I’ve had that is not condescending, she asks me a lot of questions to make sure she understands the whole problem, and I never feel rushed out the door or like a number. I would give Lauren 5 stars but I have had issues with billing/administration in the past. I was charged 20 dollars for copay for a recent appointment but for some reason the the money went towards paying a copay for an older appointment that I had no idea I owed money for. I never got a clear receipt showing the evidence of which appointment received the payment and was asked to pay another copay for the recent appointment. In addition, my insurance had a rough time working with office staff to get paperwork needed for my short term disability approval. I would rate the administration a 2.

Lauren is very good. However, I could not do an in person appointment because the elevator was broken. Also, Lauren said she would send me information about facilities that do vein exams. I did not receive this yet.

Friendly staff and good interactions with doctor. My only suggestion for improvement is to upgrade the insulation between the rooms as you can hear conversations from other rooms and the hallway as if there were no doors.
